After waiting for such a long time, the Orange Tulip Scholarship Programme (OTS) has been, finally, available now! This scholarship programme is initiated by Neso China and has received strong support from the Dutch Embassy, Dutch universities and companies. It targets at excellent mainland Chinese students who intend to study in the Netherlands.
