OTS online application system is operational(OTS 申请系统上线)

A new online application system of the Orange Tulip Scholarship Programme (OTS) will be operational from Dec 1st 2009. This new application system can achieve various functions and enable the applicants to:
- Fill in the OTS application form online
- Upload required documents to the OTS system online
- Check the status of the OTS application any time online
With the new online system, OTS applicants can complete the entire scholarship application easily and faster. Paper-based application package is not necessary any more.
In order to make sure the OTS online application can be completed smoothly, applicants are strongly suggested to carefully read the following two documents, before taking action!
OTS Introductory Leaflet
This small document enables you to learn the basic idea of the OTS, and provides you with the necessary application information, e.g. application checklist, selection criteria, and contact info. It also helps to identify who is qualified for the scholarship application.

This document gives step-by-step guidance to OTS applicants and helps them complete the online application smoothly. Before applying for the OTS, applicants should carefully read this file first! 一个全新的橙色郁金香奖学金(OTS)在线申请系统将从2009年12月1日正式开始投入使用。这个全新的在线申请系统可以实现诸多功能，帮助申请者：
- 在线填写奖学金申请表格
- 在线上载所需要的申请文件
- 在线查询奖学金申请的进度
新系统使得整个申请流程与之前相比更加流畅简洁，申请者所花费在申请程序上的时间大大缩短。以往纸制的申请文件将不再需要。
