The Orange Tulip Scholarship Programme (OTS) was launched by CSCSE-Neso China in 2008. It aims to finance more Chinese students to study in Holland as well as to experience Dutch Higher Education. In 2009, there were 22 students benefited from this project. In the coming year(academic year 2010 – 2011), there are 17 sponsors joining in this project, and the total amount already reaches 504,198 Euros . From this year, the OTS will not only sponsor the master program, but also the bachelor and final year programs. In the meanwhile, OTS department has developed an online application system to facilitate the application procedure.
In addition to the OTS, HSP and NFP scholarship which are sponsored by the Dutch government have started application process.
In order to provide convenient and efficient service to students, Neso China will hold a special online counseling focusing on “scholarship” on Dec 11. Detailed information is listed below:

橙色郁金香奖学金项目由荷兰高等教育国际交流协会中国办公室(Neso China)于2008年初创立，旨在为更多中国学生提供留学荷兰，体验荷兰高等教育的机会。在过去的一年中，共有22人得到此项资助，留学荷兰。在新学年（2010年至2011年），已有17家机构参与橙色郁金香项目，出资总额达504,198 欧元（约合500万人民币）。本学年的奖学金不仅用于资助硕士学位的学习，而且还新增加了学士学位和专升本的资助项目。同时，为了方便学生的申请，橙色郁金香项目组还开设了网上申请功能。
除了橙色郁金香奖学金项目外，由荷兰政府资助的两大奖学金---惠更斯奖学金（HSP）和荷兰国家奖学金（NFP）也已全面开始受理申请。
