Nexocial is a small company that differentiates herself on innovation and execution excellence. With our current staff of 15 people we have an exceptional amount of knowledge on Microsoft technologies that helps our customers achieve their goals. Nexocial specializes on making its customers information relevant again and capture and share knowledge throughout their company. As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, Nexocial is reusing the same technologies that its customers already have and innovate on top of those platforms. It has proven itself to MNC like ING and Microsoft but also to several small enterprises in Chengdu.
Nexocial is a completely new company in the way it operates here in China. It has a company culture that is best described as: “New World of Work”. This new way of working and collaborating, is supported by the latest technologies. In our way of working we work more flexible regarding time and location. This way our staff feel more comfortable and our organization gets more productivity. We put our people in the center of all things. They decide themselves how, where and when they work. This happens, of course, within the agreements that we made with each other. This way our employees can more easily find a balance between work and their personal life. Nexocial is building its new products based on Microsoft Sharepoint 2007 and 2010 and Microsoft Windows Azure which is its cloud based platform. These are all new technologies that helps the company to complete her vision on bringing information available on three screens (computer, mobile and television) powered by a centralized storage of the cloud.
